The Betta boy

Two-face is ome of three female guppies I bought at my LFS as a mate for my lyretail male. At the time, I didn't notice that she was missing an eye. Until recently, I thought she had gotten it in a fight, and over time she grew bigger than the other two females I bought with her. Last night, I noticed her eye was swollen and milky, and she seemed to be stressed. Anyone with experience with this or ideas how to solve it? FYI getting water ready for change right now.
