Two Dead Dwarf Gourami's

In two days I have had two gourami's die of what looks like the exact same thing. Large lumps on one of their sides. Almost like a small ball under the skin. White discolouration on the tip. They also swum in a funny position.

My tank stats are all fine, and there are no other symptoms of this on any other fish.

I'm not sure whether to treat the tank with some eSha 2000 in case of an infection.

All you can do is issolate and try a bacterial med. If there tumours the med won't do anything.
The lumps could be pressing on the swim bladder so making them swim funny.
