I have a fermentation kit, and I coordinated my aeration with the shutting off of my lights. Here is my question though. I assumed that I should coordinate my Co2 pump with my lights being on, oppostie to the aeration chedule. When my lights turn on, a large amount of co2 bubbles are immediately released from the pump. Is this a mistake? Should I just be running the co2 all of the time, with my filters? It just occurred to me that this may have been a mistake, and I don't know if it could be contributing to the problems in my tank.

i would run it 24/7. DIY cannot build up the correct amount of gas unlke pressurized. This way, you know you will always hopefully have enough CO2 injected
