Tumor On My Platy? Very Gross.

Since Saturday (I havent had the chance to post) my platy, who has always been healty and has had babies, has a large red blob coming out of where she usually poops. Its gross looking, but she can still poop. I can't get a picture yet. She has lost weight, is eating, and doesnt swim as much as she used to. Help!?!?

And thank you for helping me with my betta, the popeye is gone
