Tubifex Culture

After many many other cultures, i've finally got the one i first wanted.
I've read pretty much all there is to read about tubifex but unfortunately that isn't much, has anyone got any experience of culturing tubifex that can throw me a few tips please.

Im considering putting them in 10 litre tank with a sand substrate and a filter as ive read you need to do daily water changes so im guessing this will help?

I got mine from Dartfrog, it wasnt a culture just live food but i plan on culturing them, ive also seen them on ebay for around the same price (£10)

I went for daphnia in the end, bought for 99 pence in Southern Aquatics. Fed a few to my Tetras which they loved, the rest are in a culture in a large plastic tub, hopefully in 2 weeks, I'll have a full thriving colony.
