Trying To Sort It Out

many of you might have seen a thread about this before.
that red algae on my glass is still there, so im gonna try sort it properly now.

ive brought a skimmer from someone on here hopefully that helps a bit.
also im gonna get some new lights in a few weeks, as mine are 7 months old, and i have been told over 6 month it looses something and helps algae growth?

anymore tips (hopefully none involving spending money )

Just add this liquid in but the quantity depends on the calculated no and po levels. I hate having to do canculations!!
