I saw in my LFS, it was a bottom dweller, very small, maybe 1/2 an inch to an inch. It was a blue and yellow mix, if I recall correctly it was blue towards his head and yellow around the tail, but not sure exactly. But it was definitly blue and yellow. The guy at the store told me it was a brackish. Im cant remember the name of it and am trying to find some info on it. Anyone have any idea?

If the fish is brackish and is in a tropical fresh water tank it will die as brackish means that the water in the tank is half way between marine and freshwater and thus has salt in it, but just to make sure you havn't been sold a dyed fish, here is a link with some pics of bottem dwelling corys that have not been dyed(does you fish look anything like them in shape?);

Can you describe more on what the fish's appearance is like, weather it is long and snake like, short and stumpy like a cory in the link, has barbels/whiskers on it or anything else?

i doubt it was a brackish fish most likley (from the description) a Boeseman's Rainbowfish Melanotaenia boesemani

sounds like a bumble bee goby to me

Bumblebees don't have blue in them either. Whatever it is, I've never heard of it before.
