Trying To Be A Fish Doctor!

My LFS had this blue zebra in its tank it was getting bullied and attacked by the others it was on its side its fins are quiet chewed and it has a hole in its side where they have eaten him its about 1/2cm big. I bought him home and he is in this state ive added melafix but dunno if he will make it anyone got any other ideas i dont think he will pull through but if anyone has any ideas let me know.

Well done for that your a hero he is in an awful state bu i would post this in the tropical fish emergencies section if i were u. bet the shop workers were suprised to hear you say you wanted that one.

They gave me him for free and a bottle of melafix

probably not, but mbuna are tough little critters, just add the melafix and see how you go.

I've had some fish recently wake up like that.. none of them made it... Good luck though!!!

add just a pinch of salt aswell and should get him going combined with melafix

Well stress aint gonna help him,
Put a rock infront of him so he has Shelter, I am pritty sure this would increase his chance of Survial by alot.
But you have done the right thing for now.
