Trumpet Snails

I started off with around 8 malaysian trumpet snails, but of course have ended up with hundreds
They make the tank look horrible, so whats the best way of killing them? Just flushing them down the toilet lol or throwing them in the gardden? or using boiling water?

if you have gravel then I'd suggest using flubenol. If you have sand substrate you can take them out by using a seive....
