Here are a few ideas

Not all of them :)

Cleaner goby
Royal Gramma
Clowns - percula or ocellaris
watchman goby
Assessors

Get a copy of Marine Fishes by Scott W Michael - should give u some ideas

After displacement you'll be surprised at how much less volume than 70ltrs you actually have.
I have an 85 litre tank with a 24ltr sump (=109ltrs) or so you think.
After taking Liverock (kgs), Sand depth, Water height level, etc my tank comes in at 70ltrs actual volume so factor all this i when adopting your stocking plans.

Sorry I have to disagree a 70L is to small for an assessor or royal gramma. You might be able to put one clown in there but even then you are right on the limit for that.
You are best to look at a small goby. A purple firefish or a neon blue are both lovely colourfull fish :good:

Sorry going to disagree again, this time with Trod.
Whilst she is correct in what she is portraying. There is a little room to play with providing you are prepared to put in some man hours surrounding maintenance.
I have a 70ltrs Nano after displacement
Fish wise I have 2x Common Clownfish, 1x Flameback Angel, Ix YWG, and 1x Royal Gramma (5 fish in total)
If you plan correctly and keep to a stringent maintenance regime it is not impossible to keep more fish than you think. There are boundaries, but if you are willing to work at it you can cram more in.
If not adopt Trod's recommendations.

biubes and biorbs are the worst tanks to do marines in, LFS's want money. thats why they show you its ok to do this.

you could have 2 small fish at a push

No problem BigC :good:
Thats Why this is such a good forum, lots of opinions and information, you can read and read and read then make your informed decisions on what to do. Its brilliant :book:
and I have to agree with BigC if you are willing to put in the hours then all things (within reason) are possible :D
