tropical tank temperature

just wondering what temperature everyone keeps their tank at???mine is at 82 degrees.is this too warm.my fish are in my sig.

82 F that's almost 28 C which, I think, is quite high.

I keep mine at 77F / 25 C.

According to the link below, I think you need to lower your temp a bit.

I keep and breed Killifish and the temps of my tanks vary according to species.
Normally though I would keep a community tank between 72-74 degrees F.

Mine is at 27.5 C. The fish seem happy enough! They are dropping fry!

if ur fish seem happy and don't show signs of distress, leave as is. But don't go any higher!

I have my tank at 79/26 and i have been told it may be slightly high but all my fish seem v happy and well so i dont think you have a major problem.

82 seems a bit high for me too...
i'm not sure of all the fish, but i'm guessing 75-77 would be hot enough

Seems high, but I run at 79 to 80 so......
