If greenline can't deliver for then then its not really worth going else where because you will only get messed about.
You could try aquaticmagic but i don't know if they'll get to you in time.

Have you tried Ebay to see if there are any plants suitable for your planted tank project, and also if you state which plants you are looking for there may be a few people on the forum with cuttings willing to sell/let you have, you can but try.

I'm sure if you contact greenline or java they will be able to get a plant delivery to you before the deadline date you have, have you tried to contact them today at all ?
