Tropical Gupys

in my tank i have two african dwarf frogs two tropicals gupys one frog died

so for a month the three animals are ok then one day i find one of my fish is dead i suspected the frog did it becasue when found the frog right beside the body and the day before my frog was acting startange

the next day i look at my tank and all i see is that my fish has a huge tank missing out of its fin/tail i was wondering did my frog do this to my fish or is there sotmthing else going on??
