Tropical Fish To Add To Tank?

My friend has a ten gallon tank with five neon tetras. Is there any other fish that she can add to the tank, and if so how many?

Hi. Do you know if the tank is completely cycled? In my opinion Neons count as about 1.5 inches of adult fish each. One rule of thumb for stocking level is one inch of adult fish per gallon. So I would think another 2 inches of fish would be okay if the tank is mature and stable.
