Tropical fish that eat plants???

I need to know what types of tropical fish can live in 21-29 degrees celcius. They have to be small and around half a foot at most. I need to know if they can support themselves by eating plants or microbes. Someone please give me some idea! I can only fit something up to a 22 gallon tank, and the fish need to be cheap.

I'm not great on celsius conversion, but Goldfish would probably be okay . They're definitely cheap.

well i know that 26 celcius is 80 farenheight so almost any tropical fish would live in that temp.
