Triming Hornwart

Ive just replanted my tank (pics to come) and put some hornwart in, its gown 6" in a week, how do i trim this stuff, from the top and replant the it, do i leave the bottom bit, will it grow again?

It is a stem plant so just cut it and replant it, the bottom and top will grow, cut a minimum of 4"

hornwort can be cut anywhere and anyhow, it'll grow. Dont forget though that it doesn't produce roots so it wont stay fixed in the substrate unless you keep the gravel up top of it.
