Trickle system

im buying a tank and the guy says this. " the tank has the pipes for the original trickle bar system do not know if complete but you are more than welcome to them"

can sum1 tell me what this is ? and what it should come with? im really confused, will i need a normal filter etc?

it sounds like he's trying to say the tank has a spray bar and connecting tubes. You'll need a filter, to connect to the tubes that connect to the spray bar...
