Is minocycline the same as Maracyn 2?

Yes maracyn fine as it is minocycline let me get you some info to show you.

GET BOTH MARACYN ONE AND TWO TO COVER EVERYTHING.

Okay....so would I then need to buy Maracyn TC and Maracyn two as specified in my above links...and treat one after the other?

Found it So....try tetracycline....
I suppose it would be better to just treat all the fish?
