Treating With Ektol Crystals.

Has anyone tried dosing with ektol crystals? I 'm treating after an infected fish died which i bought on the weekend, but the crystals all clump together and float, is this usual?

it is a bit weird, whenever i treat with it it just dissolves not clumps

try taking some aquarium water and mixing it into that really well then pour it into the tank, there might not be enough flow for it to separate
