Treating Ich With Esha Exit

I was kindly pointed in the direction of esha (thanks FM) for treating ich with shrimp present. I have contacted esha direct and received this reply. 
 
Dear,

Thank you for your interest in our products.

Out of our own research we can say that eSHa Exit is safe to use with fresh water shrimps.

But keep in mind that the water quality has to be good before starting the cure.
Do not use any waterconditioners or other products before or during the cure.
When having used waterconditioners or other products change water for 40% on the first day and 40% on the second day (without
adding waterconditioner) before starting the cure.
