Since I've gotten my shrimp I have no idea how to treat with them in the tank. Should I remove them and hope that they haven't gotten it or is there a way to treat with them remaining in the tank.

Plus, is it recommended to take out all plants?

Do you have live plants?
What treatment are you using?

It is often recommended to take shrimp out as the medications can often harm them.

Yes I have plants. I have QuICK Cure that I've often used before.

The shrimp won't get the ich? Because I don't want to remove them only to add them back later and have the same problem.

No they are not able to have problems like that. Same goes with snails catching diseases that fish have.
If your tank is heavily planted I am not sure about how that medication will work with the live plants. All I know is that copper based products are not supposed to be used with live plants because they can die if to much copper is used. You may want to ask about your plants down in the Plants and PLanted aquariums Section of this forum.
