My tank is being treated for columnaris at the moment with 500mg of oxytetracycline......however the finrot which has been an on/off problem aswell is becoming a bigger problem now mainly my danios are the ill ones but it's making pinholes in my bettas fins, and I am desperate for him not to loose anymore fins as he got finrot quite badly before......Just testing a heater I have with a small pet carry case as an aquarium to make sure it doesn't make it too hot.....then thinking I probably really have to move someone....but I don't know whether to move all the danios into it (i only have 4) and treat them seperately, using siphoned water from the treated tank, then water change the main tank and treat that one purely for the bettas finrot.....or whether to move my betta and my pitbull pleco to clean water in this mini tank and treat them there for the finrot.....

I HATE fish diseases :-(

Just carry on with treating the fish all in the same time.
Finrot is a secondary bacterial infection, going to take a while.
