Treating Cloudy Eye

came home fro a trip to sweeden today to see one of my girls has white patches on her eyes, like cateracts, im gessing its cloudy eye, so what is the best way to treat it?

Clean water, maybe a little bit of salt and an anti-bacterial that treats it.
My female betta had a bad case of it a while back on both of her eyes. Anti-bacterial meds really didn't work for her, but keeping her water clean.. it eventually cleared up... that's not to say meds won't work for your fishy though... just giving my personal experience.

My male Oscar had the same thing on one of his eyes, i wasnt sure if he'd knocked it or if it was an infection.

I was worried sick as i really love my Oscar!

After taking a bit of advise from a fishy guru in work i kept the water spot on and didnt treat with any medication and in a few days it started to clear on its own and he's fine now. Happy days!
