treat popeye on a guppy

hello, a few days ago someone gave me some free guppies. I put most of them outdoors but there was one that had popeye so i let it stay in the qt tank. What can I treat it with?
i have aquarium salt and a tiny bit of maracyn and paraguard

Treatment should be based on what caused the popeye.
If it's a minor scratch from rough handling or poor water quality, it should clear up by itself in a few days if the fish is in clean water.
If it's caused by a bacterial infection then something that kills bacteria is recommended.
If it's caused by a viral infection then clean water, the right temperature, a varied diet and stress free conditions usually help.

Salt and clean water is a good start for livebearers and should cover all bases.
Use 1-2 heaped tablespoons of salt per 20 litres (5 gallons) of tank water. Keep salt in there for 2 weeks.
