My 45 gallon(US) is done cycling after 29 days, so I'm finally ready for fish :kana: The tank will be stocked with:
3 Platys
6 Glow Light Tetras
5 Penguin Tetras
4 Albino Corys

3 Otos
2 Powder Blue Dwarf Gouramis

The fish in bold are the ones I plan on getting tomorrow or Wednesday. I want the tank to become established a bit more before I get the Gouramis and Otos. What would be the best way to transport that many fish and introduce them to the aquarium?

I would not add all of the fish listed at once. Since you just finished cycling the tank, you don't want to overload it with fish. Let the tank get used to small ammonia levels rather than all at once. You don't want to have an ammonia spike.

I thought one of the advantages of doing the fishless cycle was that you would be able to put alot of fish in at the one time.

Mainly because when your fishless cycling your using alot more ammonia than those fish could produce
