Hi, just want to make sure its safe to put my fish over to my big tank which was previously brackish. I have done about 7-10 water changes of over 50% in just over 2 weeks and my hydrometre says its on 1.0000, however I have a feeling there may be the smallest trace of salt in it possibly. The fish I have in the 55 gallon really need to be moved over though as its getting a bit tight. I dont need to worry about filtration as I will be transferring 3 fluval 4s already cycled and a massive juwel one that stands about 2 foot. These have all been in a few days while and were cycled in freshwater tanks for around 6 months + at least. Anyway the fish I need to start putting across are as follows;
Centipide Knifefish (Steatogenys duidae)
Elephant Nose (Gnathonemus petersii)
Silver Sharks (Balantiocheilos melanopterus)
Tinfoil Barbs Barbonymus schwanenfeldii
Freshwater Archer (Toxotes microlepis)
Silver Needlefish ( Xenentodon cancila)
bristlenose plecs
Pictus Cats
Some of these are going to be moved tonight/tomorrow and will be going into a tank cycled and according to my equipment salt free, but what should I move first just incase? The Needle will be first and probably the archer, but what else would you recommend?
