Totally paranoid

The other thread on tank stands has me freaking out now. Here are some pics of my tank with the lip hanging out a bit. Is my tank gonna explode? Am I being paranoid or is this not a big deal? Thanks in advance!

You're being paranoid. That's nothing, heck, it looks like just a bit of the wood is hanging over, not even the glass.

I was thinking it was like sitting on the base of the tank and the wall were hangin over. urs is like 2mm over hang

yea I guess it's not that much. It's just that I set this up about a foot from our gear (turn tables, mixers, ect.) and it makes me nervous. Our apartment is so small and I don't have a lot of options.

What do you guys do about your tanks and pricy equipment in the house?

I tend to find that not putting my pricey equipment in my fish tank works pretty well...
