Torn fins

Hi, a few of my red phantoms have some torn fins (which were caused by some fungus that I got rid of a while ago)

Will these fins heal? Can I add some meds to help the healing?

I dont think my dwarf gouramis or blue neon rainbows are nipping them (unless they do it when iits dark)

the neons could be nipping!they are know for being quite nippy
you cpould give him salt bats and treat the water with meilfix.Is he in a communtiy tank?

Yes, they will heal. One of my dimwit bettas has torn his tail in half swimming under the driftwood... It should take a few days minumum.
