top and middle feeders?

hi folks,
i was looking at my tank today and was thinking that i have enough bottom feeders but was wondering what other middle and bottom feeders will go with my lot, was thinking of maybe moonlight gourami's, bolivian rams, kribs, rummy noses maybe some others and defo a few more small plecs(L nums), what do you think?

what size tank is it?, and what other kinds of fish are in it?
i heard that rummy noses are really nice.
