Mine were my first fish too!!! They're still kicking around, they've gone from a fully planted tank to a rocky malawi tank!! Such funny little buggers....

that dojo is female! you should keep her for about 3 years and then introduce a few small males. then a chosen male will wrap itself around the female which causes her to tense and release eggs. this is how mine spawned a while back. my female was like 9 inch when i put some males in. thats if you wanted to do this anyway. its great to see and having a huge dojo loach is great fun too

wow those are some fancey pictures i really like that white fish u have i think its a betta, have u ever had any fish attack ur snails befor?, i had snails and they all got eaten
