Too Soon To Put Molly In Breeder Box?

I bought my lyretail molly from the petstore yesterday, adn she was pregnant already. She is extremely squared off from the side, (more so on the left if that's possible) and her gravid spot is huge. I put her in the breeder last night, because I would LOVE to save her babies (get more variety as it was another fish from the store...) I took her out in the morning and put her in the tank. I notcied my gourami was bugging her alot, do I put her back in the breeder tonight. She looks round from the front though, and people have told me she will look square from the front... I looked at her anus, and the bottom hole looks as though it has a tube in it... Is this her poop hole, or is this where babies will come out of? When in the tank, she stayed at the back of the tank, and by the plants, usually swimming back and forth. I got scared when I scooped her with the net, because I tried to push her out and she started swimming and going upside down! Ok, anyway- please I would like to know how long I should wait for her babies. I don't want to move her from the breeder again... So an indication as to how long it might be would be great!
