I have 10 females (2 in the tank in a breeding net as they have a tumour or ucler) and the most dominant fish is a big one called Midnight, she eats her food first etc. As she swims around she sees smaller fish than her so she chases them round the tank for ages, she usually decides to rapidly chase the smallest weakest looking one, and she chases this little fish really fast quite alot of the time. What can i do to help out this little fish and stop her from being so scared of the big fish?
A new setup maybe? Floating plants for the little ones to rest on?

Is the tank heavily planted ? Or at least in parts? If not then I would suggest doing this to provide places for smaller fish to hide.

Coconut caves and/or hollow ornaments like fake logs and so on are also good hiding spots. Floating plants such as Riccia and water lettuce, also Salvinia natans are good choices.

Yes it is well planted and soon i intend to do a new setup, its a tank of mostly live plants and a few fake i might buy about another 5 fake plants, i have a big hiding place in there like a big barrel with a hole in and cocunut cave etc. Theres no aggression in the tank just chasing its mostly Angel & Midnight the biggest fish that chase the other fish.

Midnight is like a grumpy old woman! As soon as she sees a fish that isnt Angel she suddenly chases them madly!
(Dont tell Midnight i said this but i think she needs anger management! LOL!)

lol. I think you should get more plants, Java fern is excellent, my betta lunar loves sleeping in it! :)
Some tall ones will be good too! Use google to find more info. :)
