These fish are Coldwater (Or Temperate if you want me to be technically correct

). The rest of the fish you list are tropical, and should not be mixed

I would look to keep one lot or the other, the Tropicals being preferable considering the adult size of common Goldfish... Grow upto 3ft, so 144" of stocking used... Before you say Glodfish don't get that big, I'll point out that my stunted Goldfish brood stock back when i used to breed them used to all be over 18", with 20 being about adverage...
Black Ghost Knife Fish food, and Goldfish food if the goldies stay in there long enough... Grow to 2" each, so 16" of stocking used.
Upto 18" in captivity, larger in the wild. Will eat fish smaller than 4" if large bodied, 6" if slim bodied. Semi-nocturnal, so will get the fast fish as they sleep, whenever in the day that may be...
Watch these with the adult angels and Neons. The Adult angels will often pick on smaller ones, and Neons are this fishes natural diet in the wild

It is unusual for them to pick on Neons in captivity IME, but it has been known... Grow to about 8" in length, 32" of stocking used...
As above for the small ones realy... 40" of stocking used
Grow to about 2", and need groups of 4+. Up their numbers, and 8" of total stocking is used...
p.s: i have a sponge power filter and lods of gravel as biomedia
Is the gravel in the powerfilter? If not, are you running a Under Gravel Filter as well? Just trying to work out how the Gravel is acting as BioMedia, as biomedia needs a constant flow of water over it to work as such...
With coldwater fish only being kept, you would be very overstocked, so I'd advise re-homing them...
With the current Tropicals being kept in recomended numbers, you have 114" of adult length fish in the tank, which is arround 200l, or 44g. The Guideline is an inch per gallon, so you would also be overstocked with them... Remove the Black Ghost Knife to avoid 1/2 you're stock becomming very expencive fish food, and you are at 94" of adult length fish. That is a very heavy stocking, but a realy experienced fishkeeper could up-keep that. If you are asking stocking questions though, I'd wonder if you are experienced enough for it... I'd mebe thin out the angels a bit and remove the goldies and BGK to bring you under 2" per gallon and 50% weekly waterchanges with good filtration should keep it going along nicely
If you want to run with the current stocking (minus the goldies), you will need two large canister filters and 50% waterchanges every other day
You're call on where to go from here, but to answer your question, ATM, yes, too many fish
All the best
