i have trigon 190 litre tank in it i have a afican butterfly fish (i know they eat other fish but no problem yet have him a month)1 sliver dollar 6 zebia danios 6 rummy noses 2 yoyo looches (fav fish)1 common plec will rehouses him when gets bigger(only 3 inchs now)3 mollys may give them away dont like them could i add anymore i do 25% water once aweek and have done the cycle all water test reading good and have real plants pls help on adivce

You may be best rehoming the Silver Dollar as they prefer to be in groups and your tank isn't big enough for a shoal.
It might also be worth rehoming your Pleco now before you get too attached to him. You could always replace him with a couple of smaller Plecos.
Loaches are best kept in groups of 5+ so you could up the numbers on those.
You would then have room to add a couple of more fish, depending on what type you want.

thank you sounds good thinking of zebia plec and goumai which ones u advice?

Zebra Plecs are very expensive and you would struggle getting hold of just one. As they are rare, many people keep them in groups so that they can breed them and bring the numbers back up.
There is a pinned topic about Plecos:

30 Plecos under 8 inches

You could go with a small group of Honey Gouramies, very peaceful and don't grow too large.

money wouldnt not be a problem would they fight the zebia plecs how many honeys and could i also add more looches

As I said, Zebra Plecos are best kept in a group for breeding rather than decor. You would be looking at £150-£200 for one and a group could set you back about £500+.
If you plan on breeding them, then you are best getting a seperate tank for them and set it up with their needs in mind.
If it's for show, then you are best looking at some of the Plecos listed in the link I posted.
You could add another 3-4 Loaches which would give you a nice group.
As for the Honey Gouramies, you could get one male and two or more females.

LFS is crap i go to alot of fish dead in the tanks i love the rams but hear they r very hard to keep

Rams are beautiful but they can be difficult to keep. You could try Bolivian Rams which are a lot hardier.
