Too Many Bubbles

We have a 64 ltr tank with twin outlet air pump...we seem to have loads of bubbles and the 3 golden barbs sometimes look like they get swept away with the bubbles.

Can we take one of the air stones out without causing any issues.

Yes, Air Stones aren't necessary to have aslong as your filter is making the surface of the water move that will be good enough

you could always buy two in-line valves for a pound or so each, then all you do is simply cut the airlines, insert the valves. this will enable you to tighthten the air flow to each airstone individually and control or turn down the intensity of the bubbles
