Tips For Planting Glosso?

I'm, having a real hard time planting some Glosso. I can plant it fine but the problem is my fish keep uprooting it before it has a chance to take. I get it all planted just nicely then come back a few days later and its all floating on the water surface.

I have replanted 3 times now and as you can imagine its getting rather frustrating!

I haven't been able to get my hands on any yet. Your post should help me too. Hey, are you using sand or gravel?

I'm using fine gravel of around 3mm. I used to use sand but to be honest i found it more trouble than it was worth.
