Tiny White Worms

I can see tiny white worms crawling up the glass.

they are really tiny, very thin, maybe 1-3mm. What could they be?

Planaria ? Usually a result of overfeeding - if that's what they are.

I'd go with planaria aswel, clean the tank more (gravel vac) and cut down on feeding and see what happens.
