I have these very tiny white things swiming around on a breeding cone i have set up, they are so small i only saw them when closely inspecting some fish eggs on the cone , they just sort of move round on the cone. What are they? the fish seen healthy enough.
Thanks Angel

Do they look like worms or little bugs?
Do you feed live foods?
What are your water stats?

no live food, clean bare bottom tank ph 7.1 no ammonia or nitrites. they look like tiny particles of white dust but they move around on objects, there is not many of them and i can only just see them with naked eye when they are moving around on the dark breeding cone. I decided to move fish out and empty out tank as i need sterile conditions in there. What can i use to disenfect the tank? and do you think i should clean filter out and recyle it incase they are in there(which i was hopeing to avoid as i need it)
Thanks Angel

most of these worm sort of things are caused by wast food but if you got a bare bottom then thats strange.....

Was with salt that way your be fine, dont ise bleach, but if you do make sure u wash out with loads of declorinator as this will help to remove the bleach.
