Actually - those bubbles are NOT good for your fish. The actual term for seeing all those tiny bubbles in your tank is called "nitrogen supersaturation". What basically happens is that as the bubbles dissipate (burst) - it creates pressure changes in the water... this CAN lead to gas bubble disease in your fish, or even dropsy.
If you're using water straight from the tap, it's best if you can let it sit for a few hours so at least most of the bubbles dissolve on their own. Stirring the water helps as well as using a never used with food/never seen soap turkey baster to blast those bubbles under water before adding your fish.
I read about this from some experts in another forum... I have had those tiny bubbles in my tank once (before I knew)... and it didn't harm my fish... but I think if they're constantly exposed to them... it can be dangerous in the long run.

I had no idea either. Just used to brush them away when they appeared on water changes
