ive got 3 amazon swords in a 10 g and have a timer.

what should i set it at, how many hours?

starting at what time ending when?

Starting / finishing when is up to you, depending on when you WANT the light to be on. Mine are on for a 5.5 hours, then a 2 hour break, then another 5.5 hours.
