Tiger Barbs Changing Colour?

still cannot get a picture any disturbance to the tank and they don't stay black
even walking up to the tank and they change colour
they don't look sick
they look happier that they have before
this is confusing me

Maybe their really a different breed called Green Tiger Barb?

I have Tiger Barbs and Green Tiger Barbs (you can see them in my signature) mine don't change colour per say but as germ noted when the are ready to breed the male Tiger barbs black stripes get a green gleem to them and their noses go bright red along with the tips of their dorsal fins and if they are unhappy or stressed their colours will fade. My Green Tiger Barbs have never changd colour at all
