Tiger Barb - Swim Bladder Problems

Hi, I have a tiger barb in a large tank. Hes currently swimming downwards all the time, if he stops for a second he begins to float upwards. Externally, his condition doesn't seem bad. I cant see any obvious signs of infection, however I think something must be wrong with his swim bladder and he cant maintain neutral boiancy. Is there anything I can do to help him out? medication mabye? - I dont really want to have to medicate the whole tank, which also includes 4 Gourami, a silver shark, 4 gold barbs and 4 sunset platty.

I'm only a newbie myself but I've read constantly feeding certain types of food can cause wind which may cause the fish to list or float. What are you feeding him?

Or maybe he just swallowed some air.

Try some shelled peas and frozen daphnia good luck.
