tiger barb probs

hi ive got two tiger barbs 1 male 1 female, and they killed two of my clown loach and injured my fighter, so i put them in a breeding trap but the male chased the female so i put her in another net, the thing is that they were trying to escape so i placed them in a tank without any other fish and some ornaments and plants. but the male is continously chasing the female when she comes out from hiding any help? -_

you only have 2 tiger barbs
they need to be in group of 7 OR MORE
any less than that and they will fight and attack eachother and other fish,with 7 or more the agression will be spread out and a fish wont be bulied like yours is

what size is the tank and what other fish are in it?

it is a 4 foot tank with no other fish in now

well if u have the space get moe tiger barbs get at least 5 more and theyl be happy

oh and how big were the clown loaches becasue they mustve been really small to be killed by tiger barbs
