tiger barb mouth has fallen off!

woke up this morning and notcied one of my tiger barbs top lip has fallen off im pretty sure it wasnt mouth rot it was getting bullied by the bigger tiger barb it seemed like it was trying to kiss it all the time and now my 2 baby clowns loaches keep sucking on hie hanging on lip what can i do i dont have a spare tank will try to get a pic soon

It "could" be that your CAE (sucking loach) attacked it CAE's are notorious for becoming aggressive and attacking other fish as they grow larger.

But you really need to isolate the barb and I would say to treat it for anti-fungal to stop infection from developing and getting worse.

If you are not able to quarantine, I suggest dosing the tank with Melafix to prevent infection from setting in on the Tiger Barb. If other fish in the tank continue to pick on the injured, you may want to consider a temporary partition or breeding net to isolate him.

Did you know that Tiger Barbs should be kept in shoals of 6 or more to spread out their aggression?

I think it's the work of the other tiger barb. You said it was trying to "kiss" this one? Kissing Gouramis do this, only its not kissing. The other TB was trying to rip off the lip most likely...and it seems he succeeded. You really need 6 TB's to form a somewhat peaceful shoal.
