Tiger Barb Help

[reiff]

I have 5 green tiger barbs. In the past few days 2 have developed a red protrusion one above their eye and one at their fin. Can anyone help with the best course of treatment if any??

i have a 220 litre tank
stats ph 6.6
nitrites 0 ppml
nitrates 5ppml
ammonia 0.01ppml

tank companions 3 yo yo loaches ( mad as hatters)

3 congo tetras

5 platies

5 mollies

5 zebra danios

1 lone surviving neon

Any chance they could have got into a scuff or are there any sharp objects in the tank?

Is it a red sore or patch.
Slight ammonia reading there water change.
