Hi there. Im new to tropical fish keeping, though my dad has done it for years.
I currently have one up and running tank. and am getting a smaller nursery tank on thursday.

hi,
to tff, what fish do you have so far?, its good you have a smaller tank also, like me you can use it for fry or when you get new fish, all the best with your tanks donna .

so far i have one male guppy and two females.
1 platy
3 neons (some died) and my new tank apparently comes with a dwarf gourami and some sort of sucking loach which ill have to look up as the owners dont know anything about fish.
will that be too much for a 65 litre tank?
