Hi grimmy and welcome to the forum.
I would strongly caution against using the pH adjuster. Most all fish can easily adapt to any
stable pH. The adjusters keep the pH in a constant swing. You add it and it goes up very quickly. It will almost immediately start to come back down to where it should be. That creates an up and down swing that is very difficult on the fish.
You said the pH was low. What was the exact reading and what fish do you have? As a general rule, most common community fish such as tetras, corys, guppies, danios, etc. prefer slightly acidic water. The pH in my 29 gallon tank generally only runs around 6.2 or so. At least that's what it was the last time I checked it back in April or May. As OohFeeshy mentioned, pH really isn't that important as long as it is stable.
I would also forget the Ammonia Clear product. In a cycled tank (ammonia and nitrite levels are always zero), there won't be any ammonia anyway. If your tank isn't cycled yet, you should be doing daily partial water changes to keep the ammonia and nitrite low. Rather than that product, get a good dechlorinator like Stress Coat or Prime that will remove the chlorine and chloramine. They also work instantly where the product you have takes time since the tables have to drop. In that time, the chlorine can be harming your fish and killing off your bacteria colony. Also, if your tank isn't cycled, that is another reason to stop using the pH increaser as ammonia becomes more toxic as the pH level rises.
The pink tiger barb is most likely a dyed fish. That is a very cruel practice where dye is injected into the fish to give them unnatural colors. It usually leads to a shorter life span. I've never heard of it on tiger barbs though. Also, tiger barbs are extremely aggressive and are not good community fish. They will attack almost any fish in the tank, regardless of size and will kill most smaller or equal sized fish. A school of at least 6 to 8 is required to ease the aggression.
Last but not least, I see your Group is "Validating". You need to find the email you should have received when you registered yesterday and click the link in it to validate your membership. Otherwise, you will only be able to post on a couple forums. If you didn't receive it, check your SPAM blockers or any blocked email domains (the email would be from a gmail.com address).
