This Has Been The Worst Month!

These two weeks have been really terrible! My tank went through a major crisis that resulted in half of my fish dying. I cann't believe it! I lost: 5 black mollies, 1 balloon molly, 1 swordtail and 2 guppies. My tank looks so empty! I suspect one of the new fish that I recently bought carried some hidden disease that quickly spread to the other fish and caused so many deathes.

Last week, my dwarf african frog got caught in the filter suction and sadly died. It was a horrible sight to look at, so I cried while my parents removed him from the filter pipe. I also discovered that two of my fish had fungus on their bodies. I transported them to a hospital tank and treated them with medication. Now, one of the fish died and the other is still hanging onto life. I just hope that he lives. I cann't bear to see another fish die!

aw, Sasha, that's horrible. i lost my Froggie same way (poor Shorty) and Crumple to fungus as well- it's horrid to watch your babies die.

Sorry to hear that. I had a couple of weeks like that not long ago but it wasn't as bad as yours, I feel for you.
