Im thinking of getting a Fluval Roma 125, what are your thoughts?

Thanks

I have a Roma 90. No complaints, does what it was designed to do at a good price.

im not sure where you are baised but seapets.co.uk have some really good prices. i cant say how good they are but hopefully im not disapointed as i have just ordered an aquarium from them. delivery is 7-10 working days at the moment and they throw in the aquarium stands free as well as gravel and filters etc oin some models. these links are for the 2 models mentioned on this thread. like i said i havent used them yet (other to place an order) but the prices were to my liking.

cool, i think im gonna stick to the fluval roma 125 tho, whats best to use the Fluval U3 filter that ill get with the tank or a Fluval U4 Which i already have, thanks

I have one and love it, really nice looking tank. I heard alot of bad things about the light units in the Juwels so got the Roma and have not looked back. I got a fluval 3+ with mine but have since added an external (only because I got it cheap though )

Use your u4 or even both if you wish, the higher filtration the better. I'd still recommend the jewul rio as they have a higher quality finish and look better, but it's your decision and comes down to personal preference.

Can't comment on how good it is but Pets at Home is currently doing the Roma 90 for £140 (with stand) and the Roma 125 for under £170 with stand. These seem very good prices. I wish I'd checked these out before buying a Jewul Rekord 800. That said a month in and I'm chuffed with my tank  .
