Always room for one more tank...
I made the mistake of buying a quarantine tank that looks quite nice, and have decided that it'd be a waste to have it sitting there doing nothing so have decided to a) buy another quarantine tank and b) look at getting bettas.
The tank is pretty small, I think its about a 5 gallon hexagonal but I'm under the impression thats not a problem for bettas. I'm going to do some more reading up, but was wondering if with that size tank I'd only get away with the one betta, or if I could add a couple of other small compatible fish-and if so, what?
I have the luxury of a bigger tank if there are any 'possible' companions-if they don't get along, I can rehome them. Has anyone got any suggestions, or am I approaching this the wrong way?
